Refunds & manual review
Wrong token, wrong chain, overpaid, or a payment that matches no order — here's how we handle it.
Most cases are automatic: exact amounts settle on their own, and short payments can be topped up. These need a person:
| Situation | What happens | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Paid too little and don't want to top up | The order stays "Underpaid" | Contact us to get back what arrived |
| Paid too much | The order settles normally | Contact us to get the extra back |
| Wrong amount, no hash, or more than 24 hours late | The payment matches no order and goes to manual review | Contact us with the tx hash and order ID |
| Several transfers in one transaction | Only the first counts; the rest go to manual review | Contact us |
| Unsupported token or chain | We can't see the payment | Contact us with the tx hash; recovery depends on the case |
How manual review works
- If it matches an order, we attach the payment to the order, and it settles once the total is enough.
- If it doesn't, or you ask for a refund, we send it back on-chain to the paying address and mark it refunded.
- Every manual action is written to an audit log.
How to reach us
See Help · Contact. Including your order ID (from the order list on "My bricks") and the tx hash speeds things up a lot.
