What a message on screen means and what to do about it.
Creating

| Generation is paused | The platform paused generation temporarily | Try again later; nothing was charged |
| Timed out / generation service error | The AI service hiccupped; refunded | Try again later |
| The soul is locked | The project locked editing | You can still create with it |
| Someone just edited the soul | A new version was saved while you were editing | Refresh and edit again |

Activating and claiming

| Code not found in recent posts | The post hasn't been read yet | Wait a minute after posting and retry |
Paying

| Too many unpaid orders | Up to 3 unpaid orders at once | Finish them or wait 15 minutes for them to expire |
| Invalid transaction hash | It should be a 66-character hash starting with 0x | Copy the full hash from your wallet or an explorer |
| This transaction was used for another order | One transaction, one order | Check you pasted the right one |
| The transaction failed on-chain | The transfer didn't go through | Send it again from your wallet |
| No payment to the receiving address in this transaction | Wrong address, token or chain | Check it, then contact us — see Refunds & manual review |
| This order is completed or closed | Paid, refunded, or more than 24 hours past expiry | Create a new order |
| Underpaid | Less than the full amount arrived | Click "Pay the difference" — see How to pay |
